Is Neville getting better at Potions?

Being intelligent has nothing to do with learning disabilities. I
didn't  find out I had a learning disability until my 4th year of
part-time college. Now they tell me I'm partially dyslexic with almost
no short-term memory. Post-its have saved my life :)

Neville reminds me of me as a kid. I feel sorry for him. I really do
think he might have a natural thing with his memory going on, not a
charm. 

Wizards are overbred. You see it in animals, you see it in people.
When the family tree doesn't branch out much the people get jolly and
bubble-headed.
