Well, I don't know if it was normal or not, but my teenaged son was 
acting a lot like Harry when OoP came out.  So when Snape threw the 
jar of cockroaches at  him I cheered!

Maybe that's why I like Snape so much, he does things I wish I could 
do, but never would.
