Potioncat:
I snipped seveal good points in this post. But I wanted to get to 
this one.  Lupin was teaching about Boggarts.  As Carol says, the 
boggart has to be made rediculous.  A teacher in drag is pretty 
silly. Better as Gram perhaps (two pixies with one spell?) than say, 
Rosmerta or a Wierd Sister?  I agreed with an earlier post that this 
was pretty embarrassing for Snape.  But I can't come up with 
anything else and I reissue the challenge: Can anyone come up with 
anything that would work on a Snape boggart that wouldn't embarrass 
Snape?  

And while we're on professional behavior, does anyone think DD set 
Snape up with the vulture hat at Christmas?  Was he poking too, or 
trying to help?
