Potioncat:
Lupin did not take his wolfbane potion and therefore put students at 
risk.  Lupin did not tell DD about breaches in the security of the 
school even after he knew Black had gotten into Hogwarts. Lupin did 
not tell DD about Black being an animagus.  Lupin took Harry's map, 
but did not block off the passages Harry knew about.  

I certainly see how Snape might not like him or trust him.

Potioncat (BTW, now that Snape and DD know, shouldn't someone close 
up those passages? Because LV knows too.)
