Marianne:

Well, no, DD tells Fudge that he will give a half hour of his time to 
tell him the important points of what happened at the Ministry.  He 
doesn't mention Sirius by name.  And, later, when all of this news 
hits the Daily Prophet, and Hermione sits reading it aloud in the 
Hospital, again there is no hint of Sirius' involvement.  So, while 
Dumbledore may have said something to Fudge about Sirius, we have no 
canon evidence of it. Yet.
