I think I have to disagree.  Being high strung, she probably will snap someday, but we've already seen indications that she wouldn't go quite so far to "do" anyone "in" despite her being temporarily insane.  She snapped at Malfoy in Book 3, and while she did draw her wand, her determination wasn't enough to instantaneously do anything, giving her friends time to hold her back and giving her time to rethink her actions.  Granted, if Malfoy does something dreadful enough, there's no telling what would happen, but unless JKR actually does install Draco as the next dark lord, I think it's highly unlikely that Hermione will be killing Malfoy for his stupid baiting tricks any time soon.
