Roberts is a Welsh name. (Robertson is Scottish. ) I think kilts are
only worn on very special occasions. Seeing someone wearing a kilt at
a campground might seem a little odd, even in Scotland. Perhaps, the
equivalent of spotting a ball gown at a Denny's (chain) restaurant? I
am not arguing one way or another as to the location. I't's just that
I'm not sure that Mr. Roberts' surprise is very conclusive.
