But DD is still alive, and both Harry and LV can live while DD is 
alive. It doesn't seem to fit the Prophecy.

But Harry is not really living while LV is living.  He is too busy worry about LV coming after him.  LV is also was not really "living".  He (as of the end GoF) is now living.  So there is two years before we see who really lives.
