I'm afraid I don't share that vision of things. Harry laughs, loves, 
studies, cries, hates, etc... In my dictionary, he's living all 
right. Morevoer, he's not that worried about LV. No matter what he 
says and thinks, the truth is that he spends much more time *not* 
thinking about LV than worrying about him. If anyone is preventing 
Harry from living in OoP, it's Umbridge, not LV.

This is more like it IMO. LV indeed was barely alive for 13 years 
because of Harry. And he's been obsessed about Harry ever since he 
heard about the Prophecy, which was before Harry was born. So yes it 
could be said that LV cannot live while Harry survives.

But the opposite (Harry can't live while LV survives) still remains 
untrue IMO. And bringing anyone who's currently alive in the 
equation doesn't simplify things in my idea :-)
