I hope this does not turn out to be the case.  JKR has said that Harry's
parents won't come back, that when you're dead, you're dead.  But mostly, I
think it would be so cruel to Harry to have had his father alive all this
time and not know it.  What a terrible thing to do to him, allowing him to
be raised by the Weasleys ... everything he's been through, and all the time
his father was secretly alive.  If it was me, I don't know if I could ever
forgive that.
