JKR intorduced another means of remaining hidden at the beginning of OoP...the disillusionment charm.  (I think that is the correct name.)  Would this have provided enough protection for Sirius to leave Grimmauld Place?  Or was Harry's flight from Privet Drive the only time we will see that?
