6. Ron sacrificed himself on the chess board in SS/PS for Harry
7. Sirius gave his life to save Harry in OotP

2, 5, 6, and 7 can be ascribed to Love. The others cannot. Therefore 
I think it is not exactly love.  >>>

Sacrifice

Have not thought all the way through on this one.  I agree that love is not what is behind the door.
