Well, if we're going for contrast from beginning to
end, how about, 
Book 1 first chapter- The Boy Who Lived

Book 7 last chapter- The Dark Lord Who Died

Much more appealing ending, IMO.   As for the final sentence,
there are far too many variables for me to speculate.
