Actually, I'm really curious about wizards' ability to use wandless 
magic.  Long before Harry knew what he was, he was able to end up on 
top of the roof of the school cafeteria and remove the glass from the 
snake pit (SS/PS).  Surely NHNick could at least disapparate if he 
were fleeing muggles.
