Now I understand why on her website JKR says Ron's got
it all wrong when he, as a prefect took points from
someone (I don't remeber who). In my edition it
doesn't say it's only teachers who can take off
points, just that prefects can't take points from each
other. So, the Inquisitorial Squad takes points from
everyone (inluding prefects), Prefects take points
from
students (non-prefect) and teachers take points from
whoever they want, right?
