I agree. I believe that Crouch!Moody was right when he said that
cheating had always been a part of the TWT. Harry himself didn't
cheat, but I guess it was expected that Mme Maxime and Karkaroff would
try.

Again, I agree. My intention had only always been to explain why I
think that this particular example is not a good one.
