So he would be a jovial leonine man?  The description didn't really
make me think "happy," but that doesn't mean much as it was a brief
intro to a character.

I've been thinking that it could be a chapter dealing with a more
familiar cat.  If, for instance something happens to Filch in a
previous chapter and a remedy is found in this chapter Mrs. Norris
would be pretty happy.  I guess I'm just thinking this may be a red
herring.  Though it is fun to think it may be an important clue.

Hester, who took for ever just to solve the riddle.  I'm horrible with
riddles, but they're sure fun to solve!
