Spinners End/Sirius

IMO Spinners End is a place where one of the members of the order lives... probably Lupin.
 
Let us remember that Jo said that Harry's stay at the Dursleys will be the shortest yet and I think that Harry will go with Lupin when he leaves Privet Drive because a) he can't go to Grimwauld Place because Sirius is dead and Harry's not yet a member of the order, b) he can't go to The Burrow because it will somehow endanger the Weasleys (I remember somewher in OotP that The Burrow was rejected as a headquaters.) So it's logical that the next guardian of Harry will be Lupin since he was very close to his (Harry's) father and Sirius.
