However, you'll notice that JKR was downright apologetic for
'misleading' the fans; for unthinkingly inserting a name that would
generate suspicion. So it had to be corrected ASAP.
Which, if you have that sort of mind, gives a back-handed
confirmation/admission that there are other little clues that are not
misleading but on the contrary could be very informative.
Oh joy! Search the canon immediately.
Round up the usual suspects.
Absence of proof is not proof of absence.
