Perhaps, but it seems so crude. The Pensieve seems like a much better
way to store information, IMHO. And, if the unspeakables are using
these brains to study Thought or Memory, real brains would be better
to work with than transfigured rocks. Otherwise they could be
gathering information that is erroneous due to mistakes made in the
transfiguration.
