I've never thought of that, when LV was strongest and
killing and tourturing at will, it was winter, many
years of winter, just like many people think of the
Middle Age, it was the winter of history, then came
the Spring (Rennaissance), with its flowers, art and
so on. But, Harry wasn't born in the middle of this
'winter', he was born towards its end, only a year
before springtime. Sure, it was the height of LV's
power, it is usually the middle the height of a power,
first it's the begining, the creation of the empire,
then its point of ultimate power is the middle, and
when its power is the decreasing is the end of the
empire.
