Well, I have to wonder how the parents can teach them if they really 
aren't supposed to work magic.  I don't think laundry and cooking 
are taught at Hogwarts.  But I'm just as sure that JKR wasn't 
worrying about how fictional chararacters learn these things.

Hmmm, looks like I need to polish my cannon.  That was movie 
contamination, DD saying, "I wrote quite a few bylaws myself" or 
something to that nature.
