I'm sure it was already done, but show me a subject never done before

It just a little thing I saw, and I could look it more in another 
post, but:

"Fourth, the second left and the second on the right
 Are twins once you taste them, though different at first sight."

Could it mean:

In the fourth book==> GOF 

The seconds ==> officier in second, the men just under the boss, so 
under Dumbledore.

Left and Right ==> Snape and McGonagall, on the Foe-Glass.

Different at first sight ==> Gryffindor/Slytherin, Nice/Mean,etc...

Are twins ==> In the same side. 

Could be a clue that Snape with the good guys. Safe if Minerva is 
ESE, of course.

Yeah, I'll make a better and complet post later, even if it's 
stretched.
