Out of character, you bet. Snape, at best, would be a stiff box-step 
waltz, and then only if forced to dance at wand point. And MM, a 
foxtrot maybe. (Now, I can see DD doing a tango, maybe Flitwick, and 
I'm not sure why, but maybe Sybill Trelawney)
(and I just wanted to second your parenthetical on POA).
Sandy, who felt this list needed a little levity after all the heavy 
discussions going on lately...
