Well, at least once.  It's interesting we really never hear about the 
House Cup again.  And one wonders what on Earth happened at the end 
of fifth year?  Was there a mass rearrangement of points?  Did 
Slytherin win due to the reign of the Inquisitorial Squad?  Did they 
not give the cup?
