Um...IMHO, Hufflepuff is out too...Is Petunia LOYAL enough to be a 'Puff? Sorry, that rhymed...Who is she loyal to? Vernon? IMO she leads Vernon around and keeps him in the dark about the magical world 99% of the time. She certainly isn't loyal to Harry, she doesn't trust him, she doesn't love him; She doesn't give a second thought to anyone but her ickle Dudleykins.
