Yes, I think Snape knows that.  He thinks Harry is full of bravado,
egotistical, vain, rules-breaking and all the rest but I do think he
gives him credit for being on the right side.  He doesn't think Harry
will deliberately harm the Order - although he might feel that it's
likely that Harry will inadvertantly do something harmful.
