About this subject, Snape beginning to trust Harry, I had something 
to add.

It wasn't the first time that Snape left the room letting the 
Pensieve with Harry. He did that when Trelawney was fired, and Harry 
left the room after him.

Do what you want with this.

Maybe Snape thought, after come back from the Trelawney scene and saw 
that Harry left too, that he wasn't as bad/james-like as he thought, 
and that he could trust him a little bit.
