Diggle, of course, sounds like giggle.  He is a giggle personified!  
I just love him.  I agree that he is the one to hug Vernon Dursley 
(ick).  He and Doris are both so giddy - it is cute.  Not sure we'll 
see much action from them but they dear.  Although their roles have 
been small I would hate to see either checked off of LV's list.  In 
PS/SS Harry is portrayed as such sad, lonely, desperate thing (early 
in the book, that is) that we naturally love them because they love 
Harry.
