Well, I never did before.  But then I never thought about it 
before.  It would be interesting to find out what JKR intended, 
wouldn't it.  Rather than blowing up Aunt Marge, it reminds me of 
the wine glass bursting. 

Although, I never thought he was acting.

I have more wonderful, indepth thoughts about this scenario.  But 
suddenly they remind me of all my Mark Evans ideas!


BTW, I'd like to take this opportunity to acknowledge that Carol 
always maintained that all the Heads came from the House they 
headed.  She has been confirmed correct by JKR herself.
