As I mentioned in my recent post 115794 comparing conspiracy 
theories, there is not a lot on HPfGU about Agent!Peter. However, I 
mentioned the 'Lets Chat About the Rat' paper presented at 
ConventionAlley.

I've been in touch with Phyllis about this, and she has alerted one
