[HPforGrownups] Possible reason behind the 'half blood prince'

In J.K.Rowlings world book day chat she was asked if Voldemort had any children and replied with a resounding "NO' Voldemort as a father - now that's not a nice thought". So the HBP can't be LV spawn.

As DD said LV is the "last remaining descendant" of Salazar Slytherin, it would be difficult for LV to have children, or they would also be descendants, no?

Of course Petunia knows about LV....he murdered her sister (and possibly her parents, but that is mere speculation).
