Ooops, soory.
But neither of those evidence points to Snape NOT breaking the vial.
Hermione is angry at herself that she cleaned up Harry's cauldron,
therefore he could not give the second vial to Snape. it has NOTHING
to do with first part of the act - Snape allegedly breaking the vial.

Yes, because it would be very IC action for him, IMO. Also, he
already committed even more serious wrongdoings as to Harry for
which he did not lose his job, I don't see why he would over this.
Regardless, as I told Potioncat - it is apossibility that someone
else did it, I just think that it is a tiny one.
