Hester is right that no one would know for certain.  Additionally, 
and this is admittedly a minor point, I know, but....the gestation 
period for humans isn't 9 months; it's 40 weeks.  If one's just 
*assuming* backwards from July 31 to get conception date, it would be 
Oct. 24, not Halloween.
