Alas, though, even though a Dobby/Winky relationship seems like a natural, I believe that 
recently Rowling said in an interview that Winky would never recover from her alcohol 
addiction.  So if they do get together, it sounds like it will be tainted by Winky's 
dysfunctions.    :-(
