If I'm not mistaken, this same sort of pain-upon-touch also affects
Harry at the end of GoF, when Voldemort briefly touches Harry's temple /
cheek / scar (I don't remember which) with his finger. The fact that
Quirrel was Quirrel!Voldemort at that time must have something to do
with it.
