supposed to be some clue about Severus Snape in the troll's leg US?

Hi Susan. I've never read Galadriel Waters (is that a real name?), 
but I'm interested on your thoughts. Did GW mention anything else 
about the umbrella stand? Or just that she thought it was a clue?
