Difference between Dobby/Winky and Kreacher is that Dobby and Winky 
were given clothes thereby freeing them from their service and 
Kreacher's service to the Black family has not been through clothes.  
IMO this difference will force Kreacher to keep the Order's secrets 
no matter who his next "master" is.
