The only problem I can see with these type of theories is if Harry and 
Hermione didn't go back in time, then Buckbeak would be dead, Sirius would 
have been *kissed* by the dementors as well as Harry.  But since they could 
go back in time and change events, Harry saved himself, Sirius, and Buckbeak.  Also if you can't change anything then TT would not be possible!  I say that because Hermione couldn't have been able to attend 2 classes at once without it.  That way she would only be attending *1* class.  In my opinion that 
*IS* changing the future.  But that's just my opinion.
