You haven't made yourself quite clear or I'm just being extra thick 
today. From canon, we have:

'"You can speak Parseltongue, Harry," said Dumbledore 
calmly, "because Lord Voldemort - who is the last remaining 
descendant of Salazar Slytherin - can speak Parseltongue. Unless I'm 
much mistaken, he transferred some of his powers to you the night he 
gave you that scar. Not something he intended to do, I'm sure...."'

By "another magical power", do you mean in addition to the power to 
speak Parseltongue, mentioned above? Because this would presumably be 
an as-yet-undiscovered "discovery" if you see what I mean.
