It didn't matter. By that point her name was already on the list. 
Even if she never went to another meeting, if the list was found, she 
would still be considered a member. I don't know why she kept going 
to meetings, perhaps she's weak-willed or something, but that doesn't 
excuse Hermione for not warning anyone about the hex.
