We know that Peter went with him - firstly because he had to, to tell
Voldemort where it was, secondly because we know that Sirius found him
absent from home and realised what had happened, and thirdly because JKR
indicated that Peter had spirited Voldemort's wand away afterwards.

I'm not sure whether the third point is really canon evidence, as I'm not
quite sure how he'd have had time even to accio it out before he did a
runner but who knows?

It's interesting to note that if he was the eavesdropper, then he couldn't
have been working for Dumbledore at the time. Otherwise, why throw him out
so precipitately - it would have been enough for Dumbledore to say "Severus,
you realise that this must go no further". The other alternative, that DD
_deliberately_ agreed that Snape should only pass on the first part, doesn't
really sit with the fact that the eavesdropper was attestedly thrown out
while Sybil was busy prophesying.

Cheers
