Now that I've cleared up the snippage, I can say that I think the
point you raise is important. I mean, how DOES Seamus' dad get
around when the family wants to go somewhere? There must be a means
of transport for partially-magic families.
This thought reinforces my belief that Harry would be fine living as
a magic-power-less person in the WW. Of course, in another thread,
I'm arguing about why/how he might die, so maybe I'd better make up
my mind, eh?
