That's always made me wonder what did Lupin do before and after PoA to 
get his Wolfbane potion?  You would think that learning to mix the potion, something so vital to his well being, would be upper most on his list of 
things to do.  Is it written somewhere in OoP that he is still taking it? 
Or do we see Snape still making it for him?
