Its possible that noone recognized the Patronus for what it was on 
the day of the Quidditch match, mostly because as soon as Harry 
conjured it he went into a dive to catch the snitch and win the 
match. Also it is possible that some of the students at the Hog's 
Head weren't present at the match for one reason or another. Just a 
couple of thoughts. And as to Hermione being impressed, the Patronus 
conjured at the match was not done in real conditions, ie there were 
no actual dementors present. That Harry, in the face of a hundred of 
the soul sucking fiends, managed to produce a Patronus when it was 
much more difficult, is a very impressive feat indead.
