In one way, it might be simple to determine it--use his legillimency 
skills on Lucius.  I mean, I wonder how cool Lucius can stay when 
lying to the Dark Lord directly?

But, really, Hannah said everything I would have liked to say about 
Lucius & Voldy in #113130.  I heartily second her thoughts.
