I suspect we do think similarly about this issue, Nora. Anybody, who 
was involved in bullying at one point of his life cannot be seen as a 
saint anymore, IMO. But there are could be mitigating circumstances 
for such bullying.

Lawyers manage to find mitigating circumstances for much worse crimes 
than bullying, after all. :)
