I think he will; I think he must.
If nothing else, he knows now that he was wrong, dead stinking
horribly wrong, and the Weasleys aren't going to shun him should he
come back. And in fact, I can't imagine Arthur not making a peace
offering of sorts. Nothing dramatic, just a "Your mother's making
meatballs tonight, and we'd love to have you by." or something like
that.

I don't know if it will be so easy for Percy to swallow his pride and admit he was wrong. He is already teased by his siblings and he doesn't seem the type to look back on his stupidity and laugh at it. I think if he does go back to the fold it will take some time.
