I'm  banking on the figure on the right being Mrs.Weasley - I can 
so vividly see the Weasley parents passing on in the next book.  
I'm from the "the figure on the right is ghostly ie dead" camp and 
I don't see Ginny shedding this mortal coil in the next book.  As 
far as keeping the plot rolling, I think that there is room to cut 
the Weasley parents.
