Julie:
Even though Sirius knows Snape is on the side of good (we're assuming), he doesn't let up on Snape either. The two just hate each other. It happens, even between otherwise "good" people. 

 
Jaanis:
I wanted to add that Snape *is not* a "good guy", and if I'm not mistaken, Rowling has stressed this in a few interviews. Maybe you can put the phrase in quotes meaning that he is with the OotP and against DEs and Voldemort, but he is not a *good* guy.
 
As isn't Umbridge even when she's against Voldemort, too.
